Jerry and I are professional realtors specializing in residential products but also handling land and some commercial. Within Fairfield County, we serve Westport, Weston, Wilton, Fairfield, Norwalk and Easton. We do co-broke with selected colleagues in other parts of Fairfield County and will assist clients in Darien, New Canaan and Stamford. Between us we have been in the real estate business for over 25 years.

My credentials include Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). I am a Director on the Mid-Fairfield County Association of Realtors (MFCAR) and also serve as Chairperson of the Affiliate Members Committee of the Board. I also serve on the Advisory Council of the Westport Historical Society. I've been with several real estate companies so I understand the differences and the similarities. My senses are extremely astute in understanding the needs of our clients. I come from a marketing, advertising and public relations background and I try to handle each transaction in the manner best suited to the property and client.

Jerry’s expertise goes well beyond listing and selling homes and he is exceptionally knowledgeable about land, building and renovation and has built in our area. He is thoroughly familiar with all systems in a home as well as all structural components of a home and building. He has built and renovated residential homes but is equally comfortable running the construction of major buildings in New York City. Jerry is an expert in electrical and mechanical systems as well as other areas and was a contributing writer of the New York City Electrical Code. His technical knowledge is superlative and clients feel more confident in their transactions as a result. He is creative in problem-solving and very strong in finance and can be extremely helpful to clients who need mortgaging.
